My goal is to help people re-connect with their inner contentment and self-healing abilities. I do this through a range of holistic practices including gentle Hatha Yoga, meditation, Reiki healing, crystal and sound healing and Holistic Life Coaching. I offer classes, workshops, mobile treatments and tuition as well as Yoga & Wellness retreats. I came to all these practices after going through a burnout at work and various major life events. Starting Yoga with a very tight and inflexible body, after decades of sedentary work as an academic, means that I love to teach Yoga to those who wouldn't normally think of joining a Yoga class. I can empathise with their challenges as their bodies start to open to the benefits of regular Yoga practice. Having trained as a professional Yoga teacher, other holistic modalities started to call me! I now offer a range of services to meet diverse needs. You can book for one treatment, or we can work together to design your own healing plan, combining different therapies over a period of time. I work both in person and online with clients around the world.
