You will: *Receive facilitation through a transformative breath session supported by live inspirational original music, angelic soul-stirring lullabies, divinely channeled melodies, and healing mantra songs. *Activate the parasympathetic nervous system and unwind and release trapped core contractions from the cellular memories in your somatic and nervous systems. *Have an opportunity to break through and free layers of body armoring, protection and imprinted conditioning. *Receive a beautiful integration period with a restorative sound journey including live harps, flute, percussion, voice, ukulele and chimes. *Be pointed to silence as your strongest ally for remembering this greatest birth gift of gratitude; opening your heart for pure love and compassion.
