DATES: Day 1: 18th March, 9am - 6pm GMT Day 2: 25th March, 9am - 4pm GMT Day 3: 29th April, 9am - 6pm GMT Day 4: 6th May, 9am - 4pm GMT Day 5: 10th June, 9am - 6pm GMT Day 6: 17th June, 9am - 4pm GMT During the course you we will unpack the science, history and philosophy behind the practice and its applications in various contexts for you to be ready to deliver Yoga Nidra to a range of different students and settings. Throughout the course you will also be guided through lots of Yoga Nidra practises to experience some of the theory we have explored in the sessions adding a retreat quality to the training. Beyond our time together you will also cultivate a daily practice of Yoga Nidra to help you to deepen your own practice as well as reflecting on your personal journey. This process will also support you in developing your voice and to create scripts for you to share with others in an authentic and unique way. The course will combine contact time of 6 Saturdays and self-study time over the course of 4 months for a total of approximately 100 hours. If you are a yoga teacher, this course qualifies as 50 hrs CPD with Yoga Alliance US and Yoga Alliance Professionals. Sessions will be recorded to give you the opportunity to catch up in your own time if you cannot attend one date!
