An online festival to rekindle your spirit and achieve holistic well-being for the winter months ahead. An exciting line up and variety of live performance, demonstrations, workshops and taster sessions from Fri 6th to Sunday 8th November This Autumn our programme includes: • A Live performance of ‘Sacred Sound’ • A Live demonstration of preparing Ayurvedic Remedies from home • Workshops in Mindfulness, Yoga, Creative Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Breathwork & Vedic Astrology • Free Healing and Tarot Taster sessions You can choose to attend the whole event, get a day pass or just attend a single session. All sessions are on Zoom and you are sent joining instructions once you book a ticket. Tickets are from £5-£25 and you can get an early bird discount if you book before Monday 8pm 26th October.
