MahaShivRatri Celebrations Isha South Bay

Mahashivratri, the night before the second new moon of the year is considered to be one of the most significant nights of the year. A gift from nature, the unique planetary positions on this night are such that there is a powerful natural upsurge of energy in the human system. It is enormously beneficial for one’s physical and spiritual well-being to stay awake and aware in a vertical position throughout the night. To ensure this possibility reaches all, Isha celebrates this night in a big way with live music, powerful meditations and discourses with Sadhguru (at the Isha Yoga Center in India). Locally we have planned gatherings where we will get together, go through the meditations and watch the discourse by Sadhguru (web stream from India) and stay up all night with the music and dance. Date: Friday, 21st Feb, 6:00 pm - Saturday, 22nd Feb, 6:00 am Location: 1) South Bay - University of Silicon Andhra., 1521 California Cir, Milpitas, CA 95035 2) SF City - Club House 5th floor, 388 Beale Street, San Francisco, CA 94105 You can come for any period of time. There will be a powerful midnight meditation in Sadhguru's guidance at midnight.
