FREE ADMISSION- You are invited to step back in time to a steampunk Christmas village. Mingle in the village square as musical puppet shows, caroling, live band performances, and a Christmas play performed by children unfold. Compete in the chess tournament - Winner receives a $50 gift card prize! At the book shoppe children may enjoy storytelling as older patrons browse through the book selection and listen to poetry and book readings by some local award winning writers. As families stroll through the village they will find games, free crafts to engage the children, as well as an open market where they will have the opportunity to purchase some original gifts. Gifts include handmade candles, hand knit winter wear, jewelry, Christmas ornaments, a variety of artwork and more. Get your photograph taken in period attire, or sit awhile and enjoy the abundance of dinner, pastry, coffee and sweet selections available.
