Tai Chi and Qigong Workshop

You will learn the Tai Chi walk, and a way to remember the sequences through story, watching, and doing. Once you have the basic sequence down you can practice whenever you have 5 minutes to spare. Tai Chi is great for balance, and is also excellent moving meditation for those who don't like sitting meditation.
