I currently have a small group running on a Monday (10-11.30am) - £7.50 pay weekly or book 6 weeks in advance for £36. Availability from Monday 2nd September – contact me for details. In the weekly group I guide meditation on an intuitive level and it differs slightly from mindfulness although it can include mindfulness. The aim of the meditation I offer is for an individual to allow a greater connection with self, physically and spiritually. Meditation can trigger the process of self-healing within a person and it is required as with all therapy that the person receiving the healing works with whatever arises, and have other forms of support in place if it is needed. This means that through meditation it is possible to explore feelings, being aware of the body, self-healing (this life and past lives), practising letting go, coming into awareness of the energy body (chakras and aura), connecting with higher self and spiritual guides, receiving clarity, realising where issues are preventing a moving forward in life and it can be a tool that is utilised to help make changes for the greater good of the mind, body & spirit. No two meditations are alike and one week I may guide a simple healing meditation that feels grounding and gaining body awareness and another week i may guide a journey to connect with higher vibrations such as guides. Examples of guided meditations i offer: cleansing & rebalancing the chakras and aura letting go removing blockages in the energy field inner child healing heart awakening manifesting opening up creativity past life healing These are just a few examples. The possibilities are endless! It is beneficial to form connections with guides who are available to assist on the journey and give healing and guidance. However, during meditation sessions I try to keep a balance whereby there is no disconnecting from self to reach for external connections all of the time but also practise how to simply feel and be body aware. It is important at times to stay in the body as the body is highly intelligent and is a powerful messenger. One to One meditation can also be arranged and this can be tailored to suit an individual needs in more of a personal way should it be felt that a group setting is not right. One to one meditation is £30 a session (please allow 1hr 30 mins). An example of a one to one session; I guided a client through meditation journey to connect with the energy of a loved one in spirit where things had been left unsaid between them prior to the passing. The guided meditation allowed my client to meet with the loved one in spirit and to voice what needed to be said which triggered a much needed emotional release and letting go. My client felt it was too personal to do this in a group setting.
