Free Yoga classes for every level of ability will be offered in Cardiff to celebrate International Yoga Day 2019. The event is being organised by Indian Diplomat Raj Aggarwal and will have celebrity yoga instructors including Meni Farkash taking classes on the day. This has become a hugely popular annual event in Cardiff and anyone from the public can come and join in for free but you must RSVP by Saturday 15th June and it's best to book early as it's been fully booked for the past few years. Free refreshments are laid on for all those taking part and anyone looking to do a yoga class should wear loose fitting comfortable clothing or sportswear. Please note there are no changing room facilities and no facilities for showering afterwards.
