God has often been depicted as a man with long flowing hair and a beard sitting on a cloud passing judgement on people – punishing some and rewarding others. But how can it be right to limit our conception of this great force to one individual with human emotions? Everything in creation came from one source and all things in creation will be reabsorbed back into that self-same source – God. God is the Divine Essence within all things. God is love in the highest possible sense and is within you. You too can experience this love – this self-knowledge, which is the path to your own enlightenment!
