2 Day Brighton Yoga Festival - July, 2018

Brighton Yoga Festival is the UK's largest free to enter Yoga Festival, featuring the very best teachers in yoga, therapy and meditation, as well as a growing retail area and entertainment programme. Now in its fifth year, the annual event will take place Saturday 14th - Sunday 15th July 2018, at the beautiful venue of Sussex County Cricket Ground, Brighton and Hove – and offers more yoga classes than ever, as well as live music, kids entertainment, and plenty of 'have a go' opportunities. The Festival is open to all, regardless of age, experience or fitness levels, with many specialist and beginners classes for those who have never tried yoga before. Set up and run by Brighton Yoga Foundation (a registered charity), Brighton Yoga Festival invites seasoned yogis and complete beginners to the two day event, which this year will include bigger spaces dedicated to Beginners, Specialist Yoga, a Kids area and Retail Zone. Programme highlights confirmed so far include; leading international yoga teacher Esther Eckhart, ex-Sussex pro-cricketer, now yoga teacher, Lewis Hatchett, a workshop discussing the benefits of 'Yoga in Space' hosted by the Space Agency and Guerrilla Science and musician and yoga philosopher, Ram Vakkalanka. For the second year, the Festival will take place at Hove Cricket Ground, which provides a perfect setting for the festival activities, with its many rooms and facilities - which look out onto the tranquil and picturesque setting of the Cricket Green.
