We spend our lives on the go, rushing from one place to another, but it's important to remember to take care of ourselves. Here's your chance to escape it all, for one hour per week, treat yourself to some vital me-time, every Thursday from 7-8pm in Greenwich. Each session will be devoted to pure relaxation and self development through meditation and sound therapy. There will be a short guided meditation followed by a journey with sound, where you will be encouraged to relax to the sounds of the various instruments, one used per week, including: drums, singing bowls, crystal bowls, rain sticks, gong and more. Sometimes there will be short discussion, during which you are free to listen or share. Yoga mats, head rests and blankets will be provided, you may wish to bring an extra comfy pillow/eye mask/blanket. Limited spaces, booking essential.
