To explore what you crave, what you’re ready to shed, and what deserves a place in your life again. Join us at Anomalous Social Club (ASC), with Second Bite, for feel-good movement that makes space for curiosity, expression and possibility. No choreography to master. No experience needed. Just you, your body and the freedom to see what happens. Two ways to practise EVERY THURSDAY from November 5th, 7–8PM The Weekly Movement Class An hour to move, stretch, breathe, shake things off and follow your own instincts. Think somewhere between a silent disco and a somatic movement practice, with a little room for the unexpected. Come as you are. Move how you feel. Leave a little more connected to yourself. THE LAST THURSDAY OF EVERY MONTH · 7–9PM The Monthly Deep Dive Two hours to go deeper. Alongside guided intuitive movement, we’ll make space for journalling, reflection and peer support — exploring what’s shifting, what’s calling, and what you want to make room for next. A chance to slow down, listen in and connect with yourself and other women aged 40+. Whether you come every week or join us for the monthly workshop, this is your space to let go of getting it right and recconect in with your emotions, desires, self confidence & power. No experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to see what happens when you let your body lead & we give more space to sense what we most need & desire, without judgement.
