In this 9 session workshop, we will be dancing through the 7 chakras of the body..
Session 1 is an introduction dance to all 7 chakras
In the next 7 sessions that follow, we will be concentrating on dancing one chakra
per session, starting with the Base chakra and finishing at the Crown chakra
Session 9 is an integration dance of all 7 chakras
Each session consists of two seated meditations, a white light moving meditation, the chakra dance, and creating a mandala art work (you do not need to be good at art!) Art materials are included
There are no dance steps to learn, you simply move your body to the music.
