The interactive evening combines guided breath, sound experiences featuring crystal singing bowls, gongs, and a drum, and practical reflections designed to help participants reduce stress, cultivate compassion, and reconnect with themselves and others. Morton has spent more than three decades teaching personal growth and wellness practices. She volunteers for the Phoenix World Burn Society and was the wellness presenter at their international World Burn Congress in 2025. She has been invited to present again at the 2027 Congress in Grand Rapids, Michigan. "Compassion begins within each of us," Morton said.
