Through a blend of gentle hypnosis and vibrational sound healing, you'll be guided on a journey inward - reconnecting with your breath, your body, and the wisdom within.

Each session explores a unique theme, thoughtfully chosen to align with the natural rhythms and cycles of life, offering space for self-inquiry, exploration, and healing.

In this space, there is no pressure to achieve any particular outcome or experience. Instead, you're invited to slow down and soften, meet yourself exactly where you are, and rest in the knowing that your presence is enough.

What to Expect:

We'll begin by arriving together as a group, sharing intentions, and lightly exploring the session's theme through conversation before transitioning into the guided journey.

From there, you'll be supported by the resonant vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other sacred instruments as you're guided into a deeply relaxed state using gentle hypnosis techniques and subtle energetic practices.

After the journey, we'll have time for reflection and integration, energetic cleansing, and optional sharing in community before closing the space together.

Preparation and What to Bring: 
Comfortable clothing is recommended
Backjacks, blankets, bolsters, and eye masks will be provided
Optional items to bring: a yoga mat, journal, water, and anything else that supports your comfort while seated and/or laying down
