This workshop will support you in playing the crystal bowls with skill and intention so you can bring them into your life in whatever ways feel good: into your daily practice, helping loved ones heal and manifest goodness, your work environment, morning or evening meditation, playing on the beach or in the forest, for yourself, a few friends, or groups of people.

Crystal Bowls are easy to transport and uplift every environment they are added into.

In this workshop you will learn:

how to play the bowls with skill and grace
why crystal bowls are so powerful and how to work with this power well
what bowls will work best for you and your intentions
how to offer mini sound baths to yourself and your community
You do not need to own any bowls yourself, we have plenty to practice with and learn from.
