Holistic Healing group: Connection to Higher Self, Intuition.... Holistic Healing group will gather a maximum of 5 people for a relaxation healing session using different holistic healing tools. The group will experience a Holistic Healing, using Guided meditation, Holistic Hypnotherapy, Reiki (Hands on Energy Healing) and Sound therapy. The purpose of this session is an invitation to experience the experience itself with an open mind and open heart in safe and non judgment space. What is the Higher Self? Your Higher Self is, in simple term, the highest aspect of you that can be attained and held in the physical body. It is the part of you that knows, sees, and understands at the highest level possible, while the physical part of you still continues to move around in the third dimension. Anchoring the wisdom of the Higher Self is very much a part of our human spiritual evolution and purpose. So imagine how it would feel if you could have a deep and profound connection with your Higher Self and have the opportunity to ask any question you have to your perfect, most powerful version of you and get possibly answers? Sounds interesting? This session will allow you to not only centre yourself, seek guidance, get validation or confirmation but also get clarity and direction in any aspect of your life where you feel stuck or in struggle. You are your own healer as I believe you have all the answers to your questions. The session is about 2 hours more or less with time allowed for sharing experiences.
