Drumming has been used for thousands of years and has been proven to reduce stress and anxiety and to heighten our states of consciousness enabling us to enter what many ancient cultures call the dreaming state or the spirit realm. A selection of shamanic drums made by Olaf will be available for those that do not have their own, to borrow for the night. No experience of drumming is required to enjoy and join in this experience.
