Meditation for Health & Wellbeing

An opportunity to come and learn a variety of meditation techniques to improve health and wellbeing. We will include a basic meditation practice, a pranayama/breathing technique, a balancing breath technique to promote calm, a chakra meditation to balance your energy body, a mindfulness exercise, simple seated chi kung exercises (often called ‘moving meditation’) to shift and raise energy, and a healing meditation to bring white light into your physical body to raise your vibration and promote healing. Course notes with reminders of some of the techniques covered will be provided so that you can practice your favourite ones at home. There will be a refreshment/comfort break half way through with hot drinks, water and biscuits provided. Booking in advance is essential as places are limited.
