Strengthen Your Intuition with Kundalini Yoga

Our intuition is our inner wisdom. As well as giving us information about the subtle realms, our intuition is the quiet knowing of what needs to be done in order for us to live our soul's purpose, to fulfil our destiny on this planet. However, it is often drowned out by the repetitive chatter of our mind. Fears and doubts tend to shout very loudly, as do the expectations and needs of our social groups, and the voice of our intuition gets lost in all of these conflicting interests. In this workshop, we will practice kundalini yoga kriyas, mantras, meditations and relaxations to amplify the voice of our intuition, to increase our sensitivity to our sixth sense, and to hush the mind's chatter that so often drowns out this voice. Kundalini Yoga is for you no matter what your age, capability or level of flexibility. All you need to practice is an open mind and willing spirit. You may find some of the movements challenging but always worth your best efforts. Please wear comfy clothes appropriate for movement. We practice on yoga mats on the floor, however chairs will be available for those who find sitting on the floor uncomfortable.

College of Psychic Studies
HOST:
College of Psychic Studies - The College was founded in 1884 by a group of eminent scholars and scientists. Its purpose was to facilitate formal investigation into the psychic and mediumistic phenomena that were such a topic of debate in the Victorian era. With great courage, this group of distinguished people, some notable in science, others from within the ranks of the Anglican clergy, defied the prevailing canons of respectability in order to proclaim to a world of increasing materialism that human personality survives bodily death and that this is capable of demonstration.
