The Obsidian Mirror - A Portal to the Unconscious Mind

This is a special opportunity to learn ancient and until recently hidden Toltec wisdom, from a shaman of the 5000 year old Mexican Toltec lineage. Sergio has been entrusted with the sacred task of sharing this ancient and hidden knowledge with the world. The wisdom keepers of ancient Mexico used Obsidian mirrors as an instrument of magic. By gazing into the mirror’s smoky depths they would use it as a portal to the unconscious mind. Using rituals, powerful breathing techniques, meditation and visualisation, Sergio will create a sacred space in which you will be shown how to use the Obsidian mirror and learn to ‘see’ through the perceptual vision of the ancient wisdom keepers of the Toltec lineage. The Obsidian Mirror practice helps us access deep levels of the unconscious, to awaken inner wisdom, open our vision, remove harmful repetitive patterns and stop resistance to change. Over these two days you will: Use Toltec breathing techniques to change your perception and access altered states. Enter the empty space, the source of consciousness for wisdom and answers. See aspects and faces of your shadow (the enemy, the trickster, storyteller, fighter and egotist) and how to heal them. See faces of the ancestors in your energy and draw on their wisdom, guidance and experience. Access your animal allies. Use the Obsidian Mirror for healing of yourself and others. This is a special opportunity to learn ancient and until recently hidden Toltec wisdom, from a shaman of the Toltec lineage. There will be Obsidian mirrors to use during the workshop and you will have the opportunity to purchase one to continue your practice at home.

College of Psychic Studies
HOST:
College of Psychic Studies - The College was founded in 1884 by a group of eminent scholars and scientists. Its purpose was to facilitate formal investigation into the psychic and mediumistic phenomena that were such a topic of debate in the Victorian era. With great courage, this group of distinguished people, some notable in science, others from within the ranks of the Anglican clergy, defied the prevailing canons of respectability in order to proclaim to a world of increasing materialism that human personality survives bodily death and that this is capable of demonstration.
