Awareness of Stillness and Calm

This workshop teaches the Art of Relaxation and Calm. It is a fantastic for releasing stress and learning basic relaxation and meditation techniques. It was taught to me by a Buddhist Lama to teach to others. We all live such a busy stressed life that to learn to breath more comfortably is a huge pathway to relaxing the mind, body and spirit. It does not have any affiliation to any spiritual or religious discipline. Please call me to discuss and book a space, limited to 4 participants at any time.
